Three Basic Movements:
- Inside Middle Block
- Single Knife-Hand Strike
- Side Punch
One Step Sparring:
- Step in on left foot, left low block, grab wrist with both hands and turn over, right front kick.
- Step out on left foot, right outside middle block, right hand grab wrist, pull towards you and right round kick.
- Step back on right foot, left high block, right palm strike to chest, step in with right foot and grab shoulder, right sweep, break elbow on knee, right face punch.
Forms:
- Taeguek Ill Jang ( Heaven and Light)
Kicks:
- Roundhouse Kick (Dolya Chagie)
Break:
- Axe Kick (Nelio chigee)
