Red Belt

Three Basic Movements:

  1. Back-fist, knee kick, elbow strike.
  2. Double fist block, front kick, inside middle block, double punch.
  3. Palm block, front kick, inside middle block, high block, punch.

One Step Sparring:

  1. Both hand palm strike to groin, drop into horse stance while raising elbows, double knife-hand strike to ribs.
  2. Drop into horse stance and raise elbows, right elbow strike to ribs, left elbow strike to ribs, reach down grab leg and pull up, side kick to face.
  3. Grab back of collar, other hand grabs by knees, push at knees while pulling at collar, jump elbow strike to chest.

Form (Poom Say):

  • Taeguek Pal Jang ( Earth)

Kick: 

  • Foot to Foot Side Kick (Pahl putch yap chagi)

Break:

  • Foot to Foot Side Kick (Pahl putch yap chagi)

Korean Terminology: 

  • Continue (Kesok)
  • Face each other (Moju bogo)
  • Begin (She jock)
  • Stop (Kylyo)
  • Finished (Coo mon)
