Red Belt
Three Basic Movements:
- Back-fist, knee kick, elbow strike.
- Double fist block, front kick, inside middle block, double punch.
- Palm block, front kick, inside middle block, high block, punch.
One Step Sparring:
- Both hand palm strike to groin, drop into horse stance while raising elbows, double knife-hand strike to ribs.
- Drop into horse stance and raise elbows, right elbow strike to ribs, left elbow strike to ribs, reach down grab leg and pull up, side kick to face.
- Grab back of collar, other hand grabs by knees, push at knees while pulling at collar, jump elbow strike to chest.

- Taeguek Pal Jang ( Earth)
Kick:
- Foot to Foot Side Kick (Pahl putch yap chagi)
Break:
- Foot to Foot Side Kick (Pahl putch yap chagi)
Korean Terminology:
- Continue (Kesok)
- Face each other (Moju bogo)
- Begin (She jock)
- Stop (Kylyo)
- Finished (Coo mon)
