Blue Stripe Belt

Three Basic Movements:

  1. Low block, punch, front kick, double knife-hand block, back kick, punch.
  2. Middle block, punch, round kick, double knife-hand block, back kick, punch.
  3. High block, punch, side kick, double knife-hand block, back kick, punch.

One Step Sparring:

  1. Step in on right foot, scissors block (left down & right inside middle), reach over and grab thigh with right hand, turn left, elbow strike to head.
  2. Slide back, left low block, double round kick, right jumping back kick.
  3. Step in catch thigh with left arm, step in with right foot and sweep, right punch to chest.

Form (Poom Say):

  • Taeguek Chil Jang ( Mountain)

Kick: 

  • Jumping Back Hook Kick (Deo dwi dora chagi)

Break:

  • Jumping Back Hook Kick (Deo dwi dora chagi)

Korean Terminology: 

  • Switch feet (Paqua)
  • Slide forward (Chun jean)
  • Slide backward (KWho jean)
