Green Stripe Belt
Three Basic Movements:
- Low block, double punch
- Middle block, double punch
- High block, double punch
One Step Sparring:
- Open hand and break free pulling toward self, left knife hand strike to neck, spin right knife strike to back of ceck, slide back, slide-in front right round kick to body.
- Turn left and grab wrist, step through with right foot and right elbow strike to body, grab wrist with both hands, turn right and put their elbow on your shoulder, break elbow.
- Step in on right foot, left tiger strike to neck, reach down and grab knees and pull up, right punch to chest.
Form (Poom Say):
- Taeguek Oh Jang ( Wind)
Kicks:
- Jumping Back Kick (Deo dwi chagi)
Break:
- Jumping Back Kick (Deo dwi chagi)
Korean Terminology:
- Middle Punch (Mom tong chirigee)
- Knife hand strike (Sonnal chigee)
- Elbow strike (SPahl gup chigee)
