Three Basic Movements:
- Spear finger
- Double fist middle block
- Mountain block
One Step Sparring:
- Slide back, right round kick to face, double punch, right elbow strike.
- Step out on left foot, left inside block, grab shoulder with right hand, pull and right knee kick.
- Step out on left foot, left palm block, double punch, step on back of knee while sweeping under neck, left punch to face.
Form (Poom Say):
- Taeguek Sah Jang ( Thunder)
Kicks:
- Roundhouse, double roundhouse, tornado kick
Break:
- Double roundhouse kick (Narde chagi)
Korean Terminology:
Walking Stance (Ap sugee)
Front stance (Ap gup ee)
Back Stance (Sweet gup ee)
