Three Basic Movements:

  1. Spear finger
  2. Double fist middle block
  3. Mountain block

One Step Sparring:

  1. Slide back, right round kick to face, double punch, right elbow strike.
  2. Step out on left foot, left inside block, grab shoulder with right hand, pull and right knee kick.
  3. Step out on left foot, left palm block, double punch, step on back of knee while sweeping under neck, left punch to face.

Form (Poom Say):

  • Taeguek Sah Jang ( Thunder)

Kicks: 

  • Roundhouse, double roundhouse, tornado kick

Break:

  • Double roundhouse kick (Narde chagi)

Korean Terminology: 

Walking Stance (Ap sugee)

Front stance (Ap gup ee)

Back Stance (Sweet gup ee)
