Orange Belt

Three Basic Movements:

  1. Elbow Strike
  2. Double knife-hand low block
  3. Scissor block

One Step Sparring:

  1. Step in on right foot, double knife-hand block, right elbow strike.
  2. Step out on left foot, right ridge hand to body, sweep under knee with left hand, right knife hand strike to neck.
  3. Step out on right foot, left outside middle block, grab wrist and turn, break wrist, right face punch.

Form (Poom Say):

  • Taeguek Sahm Jang ( Fire and Sun)

Kicks: 

  • Tornado kick (Whey oh ree changie)

Break:

  • Tornado kick (Whey oh ree changie)

Korean Terminology: 

Low bock ( Are ay makee)

Outside middle block (Pakat makee)

High block (Olgul makee)
