- Scissor block
One Step Sparring:
- Step in on right foot, double knife-hand block, right elbow strike.
- Step out on left foot, right ridge hand to body, sweep under knee with left hand, right knife hand strike to neck.
- Step out on right foot, left outside middle block, grab wrist and turn, break wrist, right face punch.
Form (Poom Say):
- Taeguek Sahm Jang ( Fire and Sun)
Kicks:
- Tornado kick (Whey oh ree changie)
Break:
- Tornado kick (Whey oh ree changie)
Korean Terminology:
Low bock ( Are ay makee)
Outside middle block (Pakat makee)
High block (Olgul makee)
