Three Basic Movements:

  1. Back Fist
  2. Single knife-hand middle block
  3. Double knife-hand middle block

One Step Sparring:

  1. Step in on right foot, right inside middle block, left hand grab wrist, right back-fist.
  2. Step out on right foot into horse stance, right palm block, triple punch.
  3. Step past leg on right foot, right elbow strike, turn left elbow strike, left sweep, break wrist.

Form (Poom Say):

  • Taeguek Yi Jang ( Joy)

Kicks: 

  • Front kick
  • Roundhouse kick (Doe-lee-o Cha-gie)
  • Axe kick (Nay-lee-ah Chee-gie

Break:

  • Jumping front kick (Eedom ahp chagie)

Korean Terminology: 

Flag (Kuki)

Head instructor (Sa bum nim)
